Robert has represented health care professionals in medical malpractice cases in state and federal courts for over 40 years. He has been general counsel for University Hospital and Clinics as well as many local hospitals throughout Oklahoma. He has tried lawsuits in 8 states in both State and Federal Courts, both in the health care field and other cases.

Robert has been state trial counsel for the Attorney General of Oklahoma and served as general counsel during the administration of Governor David Boren. Robert was also appointed by Governor George Nigh to the position of Chairman of the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board.
Robert is a graduate of Oklahoma University with a degree in Business Management. After serving two years in the U.S. Army overseas as a lieutenant, he returned to University of Oklahoma and graduated with a Juris Doctor of Law.
