
Attorneys Sweet and Hubbard Receive Unanimous Defense Verdict in Paraplegia Case
Sweet Law Partners Kyle Sweet and Naureen Ahmad Hubbard received a unanimous defense verdict in a paraplegia case against two physicians and an Oklahoma health system.
The case involved an allegation of failure to recognize and treat a change in neurological condition following a medical procedure, which allegedly resulted in a spinal cord injury. The case lasted two weeks. The Plaintiff tried the case using the Reptilian Theory and asked the jury for $5 million dollars. Naureen Hubbard took the lead at trial.
