Brian graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in International and Area Studies. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Brian studied abroad at the University of Siena in Arezzo, Italy. Following graduation, he worked full time in field, communications, and fundraising departments for statewide political campaigns organizing voters, managing social media, and coordinating finance operations for one of the most expensive races in Oklahoma history.

Brian received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2014. There, he served as President of Phi Alpha Delta, as a student mentor, and as an active member of the Student Bar Association.

Brian is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. He is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state courts.
